My son’s pediatric dentist referred us to Grande Oral Specialties to have all four of his wisdom teeth removed, and from my very first call to schedule his consultation, I could tell this was going to be an amazing practice! The young lady I spoke with was incredibly sweet and even managed to get us in sooner than I anticipated. Every single person we encountered, from the ladies in the front office to the clinical staff in the back, was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire process. Dr. Bankhead is wonderful…very kind, thorough, personable, and engaging. He made us feel completely comfortable and confident going into the procedure. He and his assistant, who was also the sweetest young lady, took excellent care of my son. The surgery went beautifully, and thankfully, his recovery was a breeze as well! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Grande Oral Specialties to anyone needing oral surgery care. 10/10 experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to share my experience in a respectful and constructive manner. I recognize that this office has qualified professionals who care for patients with special needs; however, I find its cancellation and rescheduling policy too strict for families caring for individuals with complex disabilities. Today, I received a call to confirm my adult son’s appointment. I explained that I needed to reschedule because he has an APD QSI assessment that same day. This official assessment takes place only once every three years, is difficult to reschedule, and is essential in determining and maintaining the services and support he needs. I understand that every medical office must have policies to protect its time. However, I was concerned by the unfriendly tone used by the receptionist, Monica, and the lack of sensitivity shown toward our circumstances. Although a QSI assessment may not be classified as a medical emergency, it is an essential obligation directly related to my son’s disability, care, and well-being. Families caring for people with special needs face medical, behavioral, and administrative circumstances that are not always within our control. It would be greatly apprec

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at Grande Oral Specialities. My surgeon was Dr.Bankhead, at the original consult he took the time to answer any questions I had and made me feel a lot more at ease about my anxiety with going under anesthesia. The day of the surgery was great the whole staff was so nice and the assistant Chelsea made me feel very comfortable. It was a quick procedure, I would recommend everyone to this office!!

Had a nightmare experience with Dr. Bankhead. I have what may be permanent complications and am still in chronic pain since the procedure, but he outright accused me of lying about the pain I was in and refused to acknowledge the symptoms. I guess calling a patient a liar is an easy way to not have to follow up on your bad work. Full story to the best of my memory below. I had 4 teeth extracted in November and was told it would be a 3 day recovery or so with the worst pain in the first two days. After my surgery, I was in 10/10 pain with an embolism in my jaw. The medicine prescribed was not effective, so I asked for something stronger. (The first one was not a drug that ever worked for me, either, but thats a whole other thing). The next day, my pain had hardly come down and my face was still numb. Even the stronger medicine wasn't doing enough and I was told to double the dosage. Then on the day after that, a Sunday, when I called for a refill and to discuss my recovery since there were clearly complications by now, Dr. Bankhead ignored all of my symptoms (literally didn't say a word while the wind blew into his phone) and went directly to accusing me of lying for pain meds on
